About the Role:
As an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, managing the entire hiring process, and building strong relationships with candidates. Your expertise in IT roles and technologies will be crucial in identifying qualified individuals and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the recruitment process. Your ability to build strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment will be essential for success.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
● Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
● Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform thorough interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process and beyond.
● Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide insights and guidance to hiring managers.
● Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges.
● Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
● 3+ YOEs as a Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
● In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.
● Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
● Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to secure top talent while maintaining a win-win approach.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
