About the Role:
As a HR Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our IT team. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier technical talent. Your expertise in the IT industry, combined with your strong talent acquisition skills, will be instrumental in driving our company’s growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build strong relationships with candidates, and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and negotiation.
- Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform thorough interviews to assess.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process and beyond.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide insights and guidance to hiring managers.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on recruitment metrics,
- progress, and challenges.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements:
- 4+ YOEs as a Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to secure top talent while maintaining a win-win approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
