About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Game Artist to join our creative team. In this role, you will contribute to the visual development of our games by producing high-quality textures, illustrations, and concepts that align with the project’s artistic direction. The ideal candidate will have a versatile skill set, capable of adapting to various artistic styles, and will work closely with art leads to ensure the visual consistency and quality of the game assets. Responsibilities:
● Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, textures, and concepts for a range of game projects.
● Adapt to different art styles (pixel, cartoon, realistic, illustration, etc.) based on project requirements.
● Ensure all artwork meets the quality standards and artistic direction provided by the Lead Artists and Art Managers.
● Mentor and provide guidance to junior artists, offering feedback and recommendations to local teams.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of art assets into the game.
● Perform other tasks as assigned by the Hiring Manager.
Requirements:
● Passionate about video games and motivated to contribute to their visual development.
● Expertise in designing backgrounds, characters, and user interfaces (UI/UX).
● Proficient in using Wacom for digital art creation and Spine for animation.
● Advanced technical skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, VFX, and AI-powered design tools.
● Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zeplin.
● Capable of working independently and adapting to various design tasks, including character and environment creation.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling you to meet ambitious goals and deadlines.
● Knowledge of game development pipelines and processes.
● Basic proficiency in English for communication.
