About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Creative Art Leader to lead our design and creative strategy efforts. In this role, you will oversee the development of innovative visual content across platforms, aligning with brand identity, marketing goals, and industry trends. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in branding, storytelling, and creative leadership.
Responsibilities:
● Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative strategies, ensuring alignment with overall brand vision and market positioning.
● Develop and oversee the creation of TVC storyboards, from concept to production, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
● Guide and manage the team in producing high-quality creative assets, including branding materials, advertising campaigns, digital content, and packaging.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to define brand positioning and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
● Translate marketing objectives into impactful visual narratives and design solutions.
● Manage end-to-end creative workflows, including brainstorming sessions, concept development, and final delivery of projects.
● Provide strategic input for campaigns, ensuring creative assets support target audience engagement and business goals.
● Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in design and storytelling.
● Review and approve creative deliverables, offering constructive feedback to uphold quality and originality.
● Partner with external vendors, agencies, and production teams to deliver polished outputs for TVC, print, and digital campaigns.
● Develop pitch presentations and visual mockups for leadership and client review.
● Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient delivery.
● Build a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the design team.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
● Proven experience (5+ years) in creative leadership roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing design, branding, and multimedia work.
● Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and familiarity with production processes for TVC and digital media.
● Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to translate concepts into engaging visuals.
● Strong understanding of brand positioning, visual identity, and consumer behavior.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
● Experience in motion graphics, video production, or 3D design.
● Knowledge of market research and how it influences creative decisions.
● Familiarity with UX/UI principles and digital design trends.
