Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Owner to lead the development and execution of innovative products that meet customer needs and achieve business goals. As a key member of the product team, you will serve as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, translating business requirements into actionable deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Vision:
● Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
● Continuously evaluate and refine product direction based on market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities.
2. Backlog Management:
● Own the product backlog, ensuring items are prioritized based on business value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder input.
● Write detailed and actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
3. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
● Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, development teams, and other departments.
● Facilitate discussions to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and resolve conflicts.
4. Feature Development:
● Oversee the end-to-end development process, from ideation to release, ensuring features meet quality standards and deliver value.
● Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions and gather feedback.
5. Market Research & Analysis:
● Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
● Use data-driven insights to prioritize features and enhancements.
6. Performance Monitoring:
● Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of features and releases.
● Use analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and inform future roadmap decisions.
7. Process Improvement:
● Continuously refine Agile/Scrum processes to improve team efficiency and product delivery.
● Ensure transparency and clear communication throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
● 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
● Proven ability to deliver successful digital or physical products.
● Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Figma.
● Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
● Experience with data analytics tools and techniques is a plus.
● Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
● Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
