Responsibilities:
● Develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc.) in the SEA market, especially in VN.
● Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising strategies with overall marketing goals.
● Manage budgets effectively; ensuring optimal allocation, ROAS, and ROI across campaigns.
● Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising.
● Mentor junior team members and share insights on digital advertising strategies and tools.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on high-budget campaigns.
● Proven experience managing ads with a minimum monthly budget of $250,000 from 2023 to the present.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
● Proficiency in advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, analytics tools…).
● Experience with the tricks, and tips in the ads sector to ensure the ads are always live, and prevent account blocked issues.
● Excellent communication and project management skills.
