About the Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and user experience. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our business objectives. Your ability to translate user needs into effective design solutions, coupled with your expertise in digital design and content management, will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Assess user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive website specifications and design documentation.
  • Create sample page layouts, selecting appropriate fonts, text sizes, and color schemes.
  • Design graphics and user interfaces, as well as manipulate digital photographs for optimal presentation.
  • Present initial design concepts to project stakeholders and collaborate with the production team.
  • Utilize various content management systems while considering search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal standards, including accessibility guidelines and privacy regulations.
  • Proofread and edit content, implementing necessary changes to enhance clarity and effectiveness.
  • Revise and redesign web pages as needed to improve user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with web developers and quality assurance specialists to ensure design integrity and functionality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • High levels of creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to overcome design challenges.
  • Experience in delivering presentations confidently to various audiences.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to learn new technical skills independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
