Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to review contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor, civil, and business law, with additional expertise in house leasing and company registration.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Provide legal guidance and support to internal teams on contract negotiation, interpretation, and execution.
- Conduct legal research on various topics related to labor, civil, business law, house leasing, and company registration.
- Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts, including employment contracts, lease agreements, and business contracts.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents for company registration and compliance purposes.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the company's operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external legal counsel, as needed.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes and managing litigation matters, if necessary.
- Provide legal training and support to other members of the legal team and internal departments, as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution; Master's degree or Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on contract review and analysis.
- Expertise in labor law, civil law, business law, house leasing, and company registration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal principles to complex situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
