We are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Legal Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in providing comprehensive legal guidance and support for all partnership agreements and collaborations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in corporate law, particularly in contract drafting and negotiation, along with a keen understanding of legal issues pertaining to partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Legal Guidance: Offer expert legal advice on partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to partnerships and collaborations, ensuring clarity and legal soundness in all terms.
  • Risk Management: Advise the Partnership Management Team on legal risks associated with partnership activities and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all partnership activities adhere to the company’s legal and ethical standards.
  • Regulatory Monitoring: Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact partnership relationships and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law is required. A professional legal certification (e.g., Bar admission) is mandatory.
  • Experience: Proven experience in corporate law, with a strong emphasis on contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of legal issues related to partnerships and collaborations.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to provide clear, actionable legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
